A space to feel
seen, heard
and understood.
Structured, evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and more. No waiting list, no vague "just talk about it" sessions; a clear plan, built with you, from session one.
“Therapy is something we figure out together, not done to you.”
What is CBT, actually?
Cognitive behavioural therapy works on the link between what you think, how you feel, and what you do. It has nothing to do with "positive thinking." It's a structured way of examining the thoughts and behaviours keeping a problem in place, and testing them against what's actually true rather than what anxiety or depression tells you is true.
It's the most researched talking therapy there is, and it's the model used across NHS Talking Therapies. Sessions are collaborative: you're the expert on your life, I bring the clinical toolkit, and together we find what actually fits you.

Learn moreCBT for PTSD
For when a past event still shows up in the present, through flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance, or a sense that the world isn't safe anymore.
Learn moreCBT for Perfectionism
For when 'good enough' never actually feels like enough, and the cost of that standard is quietly getting higher.

Hi, I'm Panashe
I'm a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with over six years of experience across the NHS stepped-care model. I've worked with adults navigating depression, PTSD, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety and specific phobias, and I have particular experience with neurodivergent clients, including ADHD and dyslexia.
Your background shapes how you experience the world, but you define what it means to you. Culture, community, family and faith are welcome in the room to whatever extent you bring them. My job is to understand your world well enough to make therapy fit it.

A note from the practice
We don't publish client quotes here. Even "illustrative" testimonials can mislead people about what therapy involves, so we'd rather show you nothing than show you something we made up. If you'd like a sense of what sessions are actually like, the free consultation is the honest way to find out.
Stay connected
Occasional, honest emails on CBT and looking after your mental health, plus a heads-up when new free worksheets and guides go live. Nothing else.
